Yes, that’s a call we got. A frantic customer that tried everything to get the brown, tar like substance off his 3 day old white Tesla.
After going out to his house and unsuccessfully attempting to remove it, we had him bring it into the shop where we could more easily do the removal on a lift. We removed the asphalt and polished the entire car to remove any brown hazing and get the car ready for ceramic coating and paint protection film.
After the full front of XPEL paint protection film was applied to the entire hood, entire fenders, front bumper, side view mirrors and headlights, the Tesla was ceramic coated with IGL Quartz+ and delivered to the customer. He was grateful to see his brand new pride and joy looking brand new again and fully protected going forward.
